We recently went to visit a chef at a new site, thanks to an introduction by our Rational rep. When we met the chef on site he bemoaned the fact that whilst loving the Valentine fryer, he couldn’t find anyone who’d provide additional baskets as the fryer was so old.
Quick as a flash, Cathy whipped out her phone and took a pic, sent it to the Sales Director at Valentine (a contact from Cathy’s extensive network) and he immediately replied with confirmation he has got the baskets together with a price.
A positive reply was given to the client within 48 hours (and hopefully new Rational and a Frima to follow!)
A combination of quick thinking and a fantastic ‘little black book’ solved the problem.
